"I just want to thank you once again for giving me my life back.  It is still almost unbelievable that after all the teeth grinding pain that I have had for so many years with my shoulders that I can actually look forward to going to ball games, taking care of my own house, knitting, exercising, and driving the car, among other things, with my severe pain.  Our grandsons aren't too sure they are glad my arms don't hurt because now they will get hugs occasionally.  That of course is YUCK to 11 and 8 year old boys.  Not only are we still planning our move to Little Rock, we are going to go to a  wedding in St. Thomas in mid May and to the Former FBI Agents convention in San Antonio in September.  This time last year I would not have been able to tolerate the travel.
